Self Care

I'm not the best person for this especially when it comes to self care. What i like to do for self care is journal, sleep, or listen to kid cudi humming over a thunderstorm for 1 hour.Other self care ideas include meditating, having a spa day, and excerise. I think music and journaling has helped me a lot during quaratine.

This video is something that think about a lot and honestly i hate it here.Not the being home thing but feeling like i need to fit this standard inorder to make my family like me. Im getting out of it and learning to accept + love myself but it still hurts.I cant even try and cope the way i used to. I dont know. I have a nice family, i guess.
